Axicon 15200 Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 15200 barcode verifier is designed to read both linear and 2D
matrix barcodes. Its configuration means it can read small
barcodes with an x-dimension down to 0.160mm (6.3 mils) for linear and
0.240mm (9.4 mils) for 2D codes.Data Matrix, GS1 DataMatrix, QR Code, GS1 QR Code, EAN/UPC, Code 128,
GS1-128 and Laetus Pharmacode symbols can all be verified if they fit within
the field of view. Direct part marked Data Matrix and QR-Codes can also be
verified. The verifier is designed to be used in three different positions so
that even barcodes on awkwardly shaped objects can be easily read. It is
powered solely via its USB connection to a PC or laptop. -
Axicon 15500 Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 15500 barcode verifier is designed to read both linear and two dimensional
matrix barcodes simultaneously. All the symbols seen in its field
of view are verified individually, and the user simply selects each barcode
in turn to see the specific results. Its configuration means it can read small
barcodes with an x-dimension down to 0.240mm (9.4 mils) for linear and
0.360mm (14.2 mils) for 2D codes. The field of view – 95 mm by 70 mm (3.75” by 2.75”) – is the world’s largest
for a handheld 2D barcode verifier. Linear and 2D barcodes are verified in
accordance with the appropriate ISO/IEC standard, with linear barcodes
being sampled ten times from top to bottom. -
Axicon 6100-S Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 6100-S is a small barcode verifier designed to verify small linear barcodes (with a maximum length, including quiet zones, of 69 mm) typically used on products scanned at the retail point-of-sale, or pharmaceutical products scanned at the point-of-care. These barcodes include EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 128, HIBC, GS1 DataBar, GS1-128, CIP 39 and Laetus Pharmacode.

The ‘S’ range of Axicon verifiers has a continuous scan feature, which means that obtaining at least ten different readings throughout the height of the barcode (as required by ISO/IEC) is much faster. Simply place the verifier slightly above or below the barcode, press the trigger and slide the verifier over the code – in less than a second you can have results of up to 100 scans of the code at different points in the bar height. -
Axicon 6515 Mid-Sized Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 6515 barcode verifier has been designed to read linear barcodes with a width of up to 4.9” including quiet zones. This means only one verifier is needed to check all your GS1 barcodes – EAN/UPC, ITF-14 and GS1-128 – if the outer case and logistics label barcodes are not at their maximum size. For companies using a 4” wide thermal transfer printer for all their outer case barcode labelling, this verifier is perfect. It is used by manufacturers worldwide.

Axicon 6525-S Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 6525-S barcode verifier is designed to verify linear barcodes with a maximum width, including quiet zones, of 125 mm. This means only one verifier is needed to check all your GS1 barcodes – EAN/UPC, ITF-14 and GS1-128 – if the outer case and logistics label barcodes are not at their maximum size. For anyone printing barcode labels using a 100mm (4 inch) wide printhead, this verifier is perfect. It can also be used to check Code 39, Code 128, HIBC, CIP, PZN and other codes.

The Axicon 7100-S barcode verifier is designed to verify large linear barcodes with a maximum width (including quiet zones) of 200mm (7.8”). This means it can be used to check all barcodes used in general distribution, whether they appear on outer cases or on pallet labels (EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF-14 and GS1-128). For anyone printing 100% sized ITF-14 symbols, or A5 or larger pallet labels, this verifier is perfect.
